During a weekend in the Vosges, we fell in love with a little corner of paradise in the countryside of la Bresse. The Col de Grosse-Pierre, located on a south-facing hillside, invited us to tread its paths for long walks.

During a stroll, we discovered a modest building from the 1970s that had been abandoned for more than 10 years.

​

We did not know at the time that it was a place full of history, since there lived a concierge looking after a former colony which has now become the famous Auberge des Jonquilles.

​

We decided to try our luck to acquire it and transform this cottage into our beautiful chalet the Paradis Blanc.

​
